Love living here!
Resident since Oct 2022. My husband and I love living here! The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is fantastic! ... As an example, our AC broke recently and I submitted a request in the morning. The maintenance staff (Anthony) showed up in a few hours with a spare portable AC and let us know that someone would be coming the next day to fix our AC. Next day, the person showed up promptly and our AC was all fixed and running with literally, NO inconvenience to us! We have rarely had maintenance issues but when we do, the staff has promptly attended to them within 24hrs. The property itself is beautiful with beautiful landscaping and clean streets. The huge trees are such a beautiful sight everywhere! We love taking long walks within the property because of how clean and well-maintained it is. I also use the gym sparingly and I love that they have most of the equipments that any public gym has.
